Both Barrels
I discovered the excellence that is the too-short television show Firefly about two months ago. I know, I’m super late to the game. But damn, what a freaking wonderful piece of television (Serenityis also fantastic). Now I’m one step away from putting together a rather convincing Zoë outfit and hitting up the next PDX Browncoats function.
Anyway, I didn’t come across a whole lot of Firefly-inspired art. Sure, there is stuff out there, but I wanted WWII-era propaganda-style posters. So I made a couple with the help of my little brother, who translated the English into Chinese for me. He’s pretty smart. This one’s the first in a Browncoat series of three. A series of Alliance-themed ones up after that. Hope you enjoy!

So… here’s a drawing. Sort of. I’m working on stuff, but it’s super secret! This isn’t… so here you go. I’ve been mocking up colors in Photoshop to get a feel for how our house might look in different palettes. It’s fun. This one’s got a Illustrator fence, too.
